This track is a Requiem of the Future. Aptly titled, it follows the pace of a slow, sombre funeral march taking inspiration from Chopin and Mozart and reimagines it in a futuristic setting. The soundscape is set with synthesised whirs and clockwork ticks; and a sense of rust, ruin and decay is evoked by the distorted basses speaking the language of colossal machines in mourning. Mechanised grief - this track attempts to humanise the machine aspects of our increasingly dystopian future.
