This really feels like the first tentative step towards something big and I’m excited to share with everyone the result of a lot of hard work, joy and tears.

Anyway, this is an album about taking a journey through your daydreams and the different worlds and atmospheres that you might explore. Imagine you’re sitting on a train or bus going somewhere and your mind starts to wander and create scenarios as your imagination runs loose. It’s heavily influenced by film music which very much gives it the feeling of a soundtrack.

When I sat down to write it, I actually wanted to create music without the expectation of it fitting into a box (like genre or style) but instead pushed the boundaries of what I could come up with. Through this process I’ve learnt so much about creating music that it feels like a paradigm shift. I hope you enjoy this album as much as I’ve enjoyed making it and thanks for listening!
